Month 18-Year 5

In Phase Four, ERD will reach out to the people who are at risk of falling through the cracks. We will provide counseling, training, and care to help hurricane survivors obtain access to services, find jobs, and recover from trauma. As economic, housing and spiritual needs become more acute, we will focus our long-term rehabilitation plans to help those affected.
