Teri Lawver (New Jersey)
Ms. Teri Lawver is President of Johnson & Johnson Medical Companies (JJMC) Canada. Appointed to this position in 2011, she has responsibility for the Johnson & Johnson portfolio of Medical Device businesses across Canada. She chairs the Management Board of JJMC, serves on Johnson & Johnson’s Global Surgery Commercial Leadership Council, and is a member of the Worldwide General Surgery Innovation and Pipeline Steering Committee.
Previously she was Worldwide General Manager for Animas Corporation and a member of the Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Care Global Management Board. Teri joined Johnson & Johnson following a career with McKinsey & Company, where she was an Associate Principal.
Teri began her career as a Derivatives Analyst at Bloomberg Financial Markets. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Georgetown University, and a Master's in Business Administration and Statistics from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Teri is a passionate advocate of innovative business approaches, leadership development, organization engagement, and global marketplace focus.
She resides in Toronto, Ontario, with her husband and their two children.
